I believe the citizens of Trinity County deserve strong, fair prosecution of felony criminal matters.  Your elected District Attorney, as well as all of your officials, work for you, the taxpayers and voters of Trinity County.

I believe a good prosecutor is mindful of the duty to protect the community, including its youngest and weakest members, from people who violate our state criminal laws.  There is virtually no community left that is untouched when it comes to the ills and problems associated with the manufacture, distribution and use of drugs and illegal substances.  As anyone in law enforcement can tell you, these are growing problems that necessitate ongoing action by law enforcement.

Of all the things necessary for good prosecution, first a good prosecutor must care...care about Trinity County, care about the citizens working and living in our community, care about the plight of every victim, care about the impact that case resolutions can have on the community, and finally, care about personal responsibility.

I am running for District Attorney because I care about our community.  I have experience as a lawyer and, in particular, as a prosecutor.  I have experience in preparing and trying felony criminal cases.  Your District Attorney works for you.  If you want strong, fair prosecution, I ask that you consider casting your vote for me as District Attorney of Trinity County.
